Eligibility Criteria for YUMSUK Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening

UTME Candidates:

To be eligible for the YUMSUK Post-UTME, UTME candidates must meet the following requirements:

• First Choice Selection: YUMSUK must be selected as the candidate’s first choice institution.
• O’Level Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of five credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in their SSCE or equivalent exams, achieved in no more than two sittings.

• 2024 Direct Entry Registration Slip: Possession of the 2024 DE online registration slip is mandatory.
• Academic Qualifications: Candidates must have obtained either a National Diploma (ND), NCE, or IJMB.
• Minimum Grades:
  • ND: A minimum CGPA of 3.0 for Science programs and 3.5 for Art programs.
  • NCE: A minimum of 9 points.
  • IJMB: A minimum of 7 points for Science programs and 8 points for Art and Social Science programs.

How to Apply for YUMSUK Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening

Follow these steps to apply for the YUMSUK Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening:

1. Visit the University Website

Go to the YUMSUK official website and access the 2024 Admission Portal to register for the Post-UTME Aptitude Test or Direct Entry screening.

2. Payment Process

• Generate a REMITA payment invoice from the portal.
• Pay the screening fee of N2,000.00 at any bank nationwide using the generated invoice.

3. Complete Registration

• After completing the payment, return to the YUMSUK portal to finalize your registration.
• Print the Acknowledgement Slip, which will be required during the Post-UTME Aptitude Test or Direct Entry screening.
