With Time, Post-UTME Will Be Scrapped – JAMB Registrar
With time, Post-UTME will be a thing of the past. This is according to the registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Prof. ‘Dibu Ojerinde. This is because he believes that JAMB CBT has greatly reduced examination malpractices.
‘With Time, Post UTME will be a thing of the past’
From 2014 exercise, 617, 000 candidates took the CBT and there was no single exam malpractice, a lot of them are in the university now and they even performed better than the paper pencil people.
The JAMB boss continues that, the Computer-Based Test system only recorded minimum examination malpractice and that came as a result of lateness, which is regarded as malpractice because if you come late, we cancel your result. We will not allow you to do the exams and if you do the exams, we will cancel it.
