University Of Lagos Will Not Accept Less Than 200 As UTME Cut-off – VC
The Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos, UNILAG, Professor Rahamon Adisa Bello has issued a statement that the school will not reduce its earlier announced UTME cut-off mark of 200 despite the 180 mark for Federal Universities mandated by the Federal Government.
The 180 Cut-off mark for Federal Universities announced by the FG has led to rumours that UNILAG’s 2013 UTME Cut-off mark would be 180 also but the VC of UNILAG has come out to debunk this.
The vice chancellor hinted in a memo that the institution will only consider candidates that scored at least 200 for its forthcoming POST UTME Exams.
The vice chancellor also noted that JAMB had given the various universities the power to set a higher cut off mark above 180 but not below it.
