UNICAF Scholarship Description
Earn a UNICAF scholarship and pay ONLY 2000 Euro for the MBA, M.Ed or BA Business Degree.*
The UNICAF Scholarship Programme was founded to offer gifted underprivileged students from Africa the opportunity of furthering their education by studying towards a University of Nicosia distance learning degree.
The UNICAF Scholarship Programme is one of the most generous scholarship programmes available for African students and provides opportunities for studies towards the distance learning MBA, M.Ed or BA Business programmes of the University of Nicosia at a fraction of the cost.
The primary objective of the UNICAF Scholarship Programme is to provide the opportunity to students from Africa to pursue advanced academic studies and to earn internationally recognised qualifications by studying through distance learning.
Eligibility for the UNICAF Scholarship for African Students
Applicants will be expected to meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a permanent resident of an African country.
- Be earning less than €12,000 per year.
- Be available to commence their academic studies within 6 months from the date of receiving admission.
- Meet the entry requirements of the respective programme of study.
Eligibility for Scholarship
Citizens of ALL African countries are eligible to apply for the UNICAF Scholarships.
Fields of study: MBA, M.Ed and BA level online programmes in Business as offered by the University of Nicosia
Sponsorship duration: This is a ONE TIME financial award
Scholarship benefits
The normal fees for the MBA,M.Ed or BA Business degrees are €10,000 out of which UNICAF subsidises €8,000.
Students that qualify and are studying towards the distance learning MBA, M.Ed or BA Business degrees will therefore pay ONLY €2000*.
* Note: The €2000 amount applies when the fees are paid in one lump-sum payment. For other payment options click here
