1. Visit the UMYU Admission Portal: Go to the UMYU Admission List Portal to view the merit admission list.
2. Find Your Name: Search for your name on the provided list to confirm if you have been offered admission.

Steps to Take After Admission Offer

Once you confirm your admission, complete the following steps to secure your place at UMYU:

1. Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS
   • Log in to your JAMB CAPS profile and accept or reject the admission offer using the JAMB CAPS Portal.
2. Confirm Admission on UMYU’s Website
   • Visit the UMYU Applicant Portal to accept your admission on the university’s system.
3. Pay the Acceptance Fee
   • Complete the required acceptance fee payment to secure your place.
4. Print Your Admission Letter
   • After accepting the admission, print your UMYU admission letter and Form 01 for record-keeping and registration.
5. Prepare for Screening
   • Go to the Registrar’s office with the original and photocopies of your credentials for screening.
   • Bring any required WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB scratch cards for result verification.

Checking the UMYU Admission List via JAMB CAPS

You can also verify your admission status through JAMB CAPS by following these steps:

1. Visit the JAMB eFacility Portal: Go to the JAMB eFacility Portal.
2. Log In with Your JAMB Credentials: Use your JAMB profile username and password to access your account.
3. Check Admission Status: Scroll to “Check Admission Status” and enter your exam year and JAMB registration number.
4. View Your Admission Status: Click on “Check Admission Status” to view your admission details.
