Application Method
Pay an Application Fee of N5,000.00 Payable into UBA PLC, CHO A/C NO: 1002005941, Branch: Muritala Mohammed, Ilorin.
This application form will not be accepted unless Part ‘B’ is completed by your Employer/Sponsor and Accompanied with the payment evidence.

Entrance Exam Date
Examination Date: 22nd – 26th June, 2015
Examination is both written and Oral
This date is subject to change at the discretion of the Management.
Closing Date Of Application
The applicants should send completed forms to the school either personally or by courier on or before 22nd June, 2015.
Important Information
All Original certificates/statement of results must be presented during the Oral examination as listed above.
(i) For the Written Examination, come with ALL your written materials i.e. Biro, Pencil, Ruler, Eraser, Calculator etc.
(ii) Come along with:
- Last Promotion letter
- Letter of Nomination by your employer for the course
- Marriage certificate or change of name (where necessary)
- Birth certificate or declaration of age (where necessary
- Letter of Attestation
- Letter of Sponsorship
- Any other relevant document(s) to the course
- Completed forms must be submitted to the school.
