The management of the University Of Benin Teaching Hospital hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into School of Nursing for a three (3) year General Nursing Programme leading to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN). Course commences in October 2016.
Admission Requirements Into UBTH Sch Of Nursing
1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years of age
2. Qualification; five credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings in WASCE/GCE/NECO) in the following subjects, English Language, Mathematics,Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
How To Apply For Admission Into UBTH School Of Nursing
Application forms are obtainable from the Office of the Principal and can be downloaded from the Hospital’s website (www.ubth.org). Completed forms should be returned to the undersigned with evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only made payable to UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) via the REMITA Platform in any Commercial Bank under the service type “Training School – School of Nursing”.
Forms should be returned with four (4) recent coloured passport photographs (taken in preceding two weeks).
