The Sokoto State University | SSU Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form for the 2024/2025 academic session is now available.

Candidates who selected SSU as their first choice and scored a minimum of 140 in the UTME are eligible to apply online starting from 7th August 2024.

Eligibility and Application Requirements for SSU Post-UTME/Direct Entry

For Direct Entry Candidates:

• Upload A’Level Certificates: You must upload scanned copies of your relevant A’level certificates, such as Diploma, NCE, or IJMB, on the SSU portal during the registration process.

For Both UTME and Direct Entry Candidates:

• O’Level Results: You must upload your O’level results to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
• Minimum Requirements: Five credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, are required in no more than two sittings.

How to Apply for SSU Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening

The screening process is conducted online, and candidates do not need to appear for exams physically. Follow the step-by-step procedure below:

1. Visit the SSU Portal:
   • Go to the SSU Post-UTME portal.
2. Login Details:
   • Enter your JAMB Registration Number as both your username and password.
3. Update Your Data:
   • Click ‘Update Data’ and add your phone number and email address for further communication.
4. Generate Payment Invoice:
   • Print a screening payment invoice for ₦2,000 (excluding transaction charges). You can pay at any commercial bank using this invoice or click ‘Pay Now’ for online payment options.
5. Complete the Application:
   • After making the payment, login again to update your biodata, academic records, and any other required information.
6. Print Acknowledgment Slip:
   • Print out your acknowledgment slip and payment receipt for your records.

• Screening Process: The screening exercise is strictly online; no physical Post-UTME exam is required.
• O’Level Result Submission: Ensure your O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB CAPS platform.
