Oyo State Governor Reduces LAUTECH School Fees
The Oyo State Governor has reduced the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) school fees by twenty-five percent (25%). This is a welcomed development that has put smiles on the faces of students and parents alike.
The governor announced the reduction on fees payable by students of the university on Tuesday during a brief interaction with the students at the school auditorium in Ogbomosho.
Oyo State Governor Promises To Slash LAUTECH School Fees
In a statement by the governor, he promised to slash the school fees paid by LAUTECH students by 25%. Below are the promises the governor made during his trip to Ogbomoso.
We visited the LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, this afternoon. I assured the students that now that we have secured sole ownership, the university would no longer experience incessant strikes. I also announced a reduction of school fees for all students by 25%.

While at the university, the governor also commissioned the High Dependency Unit (HDU) at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso. The HDU will provide secondary healthcare services for individuals who need more extensive care.
