New Fees Causing LASU Crisis, Check The List
Many people don’t know the New Fees that are causing the LASU Crisis. Students have taken to the streets to show their anger at the hike in their school fees. Some students have been arrested during protests and arraigned in court. The Student Union has also urged Governor Fashola to order the closure of the Payment and registration portal of the school.
New LASU School Fees
So how much is the new school fees that has generated so much controversy?
Students of LASU that we were able to reach informed us that their school fees vary around N50,000 before now. We don’t know how true that is. These students have demanded that the state government immediately reverse fees payable to N48,500 maximum or nothing.
The new fees are: Education, N193,750; Social and Management Science, N223,750; Law, 248,750; Communication/School of Transport, N238,750; Science, N258,750; Engineering, N283,750; College of Medicine, N308,750.
