The Maritime Academy Oron cut-off mark for the 2023/2024 session admission exercise. If your UTME score, is exactly or above the MAN oron cut off mark, you will be considered for admision ( Via screening). If your score is below the prescribe cut off mark, you may not be offered admission.
Authorities of Maritime Academy of Nigeria (MAN), Oron, have released the cut-off mark for the 2023/2024 academic session admission exercise.
The Maritime Academy of Nigeria, formerly known as the Nautical College of Nigeria was established in 1979 by the Federal Executive Council No.EC.(77) 172. It was designed as an integrated institution for the education and training of shipboard officers, ratings and shore-based management personnel. The Academy graduated its first batch of Cadets in 1983. In 1988, the scope of the college was upgraded by the promulgation Decree No. 16 of 1988 with a statutory mandate to train all levels and categories of personnel required for the effective and efficient operation of all facets of the Nigerian Maritime Industry.
MAN Oron Cut Off Mark
Below is the Academy’s Jamb cut-off mark for 2023/2024 Academic year:
- A minimum of 175 marks in the 2023/2024 UTME for:
- Nautical Science
- Marine Engineering and
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- A minimum of 160 marks in the 2023/2024 UTME for Maritime Transport and Business Studies
