Kogi State University, (KSU) To Increase School Fees to N200,000?

We have gotten a particular message from about 5 people now. We initially decided to be silent on this but I think we have to let people know about it so we can know where we are going. Some of our readers who claim to be students of Kogi State University, (KSU) sent us this message that they heard that the Management of Kogi State University, Anyigba is planning to increase their school fees to One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00) for indigenes and One hundred fifty thousand Naira (N150,000.00) for non-indigenes.

They also claimed they heard that courses like Law, economics, Agriculture, etc would be increase to one hundred fifty thousand naira for indigene and non indigene to two hundred thousand Naira (N200,000).

The reason why we decided to keep mute about this initially is because the authorities of the University have not come out to tell the public about that. As at the time of publishing this information, there is no official statement from the University regarding this. We can only hope it’s false.

This is a state University and we all know they can Increase School Fees to N200,000. If you have chosen this school during the last UTME, then just prepare your mind for this kind of increment.
