KASU Academic Calendar | First Semester

• 13th January – 2nd February 2025: Screening and registration for fresh students.
• 20th – 26th January 2025: Registration for returning students.
• 27th January – 30th March 2025: Lectures and continuous assessments for all students.
• 31st March – 6th April 2025: Mid-semester break and course add/drop period.
• 7th April – 11th May 2025: Continuation of lectures and continuous assessments.
• 12th May – 1st June 2025: Examination and marking period.
• 2nd – 15th June 2025: Result processing period.
• 16th June 2025: Senate consideration and release of results.
• 2nd June – 22nd June 2025: First-semester break.

• 17th November 2025: Senate consideration and release of results.
• 17th November – 7th December 2025: Intra and inter-university transfer period.
• 3rd November – 4th January 2026: End-of-session break.
