Step 1: Confirm Admission

  • Log in to your Kano Poly account to accept or reject your admission offer.

Step 2: Pay Initial Fees

Make the following payments before printing your admission letter:

  • Admission Acceptance Fee: N5,000
  • Student Handbook Fee: N2,000

Step 3: Screening at the School of Basic and Remedial Studies

  • Visit the School of Basic and Remedial Studies located at Sheik Ja’afar Mahmud Adam Road (Dorayi Road).
  • Present your documents for screening.
  • Have your admission letter signed and stamped by the screening officer.

Step 4: Indigene Screening

  • Meet with the Student Affairs Officer for indigene screening.
  • The officer will confirm and indicate your status.

Step 5: Payment Upload

  • Submit a copy of your signed admission letter to the MIS Officer for uploading the payment.

Step 6: Complete Online Registration

Log back into your account to complete these steps:

  • Pay the Central Registration Fee.
  • Print Receipts.
  • Print your Course Registration Form (CRF).
  • Print your Student Examination Card.

Step 7: Payment Authentication

  • Visit the Bursary Department at Central Administration to authenticate your payments.

Step 8: ID Card Payment

  • Proceed to the Consultancy Unit at Central Administration to pay for your ID card.

Step 9: Final Documentation

  • Go to your department with all required documents and two recent passport photographs to complete the documentation process.
