STEP 2 : Provide the following information into the spaces provided
First Name:
Middle Name:
Surname (Family Name):
Gender:
Date of Birth:
Nationality:
State of Origin:
LGA

It is going to look like the screenshot below;

STEP 3 : After providing all the information above, click “RECOVER PIN” Button

Your result shall be displayed to you!
