Job Title: Head, Sales and Marketing

Job Summary:

• To plan and manage the sales and marketing functions effectively, implementing aggressive marketing strategies that will engender the attainment of the overall revenue objectives of the company.
• Most especially to continously build a viable customer base to ensure that the sales team continously attains and exceeds given targets.
• To plan and manage sales and marketing resources effectively towards attainment of agreed target.
• To provide relevant reports that will engender right decision making and drive towards the attainment of these objectives.
• To generally inspire the team to drive for achievement of the organizations objective and attaining the position of the foremost
• IT solutions provider in our environment.

Qualification and skill requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or Marketing.
• consummate flair fo the sales and marketing fuctions especially in an IT environment.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in similar management position.
• Membership of relevant professional body will be an advantage.

• In depth knowledge of the dealership and distribution process in an IT environment.
• Relevant analytical skills.
