Applications are therefore invited from interested and equally suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Maritime and Offshore Studies programmes for the 2017/2018 academic session.
About UNIPORT Centre for Maritime and Offshore Studies
The center is a result of industrial collaboration between the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun and the maritime and offshore industries. The goal of the center is to teach courses with national and international recognition.
Center for Maritime and Offshore Studies is associating with IDSA (International Diving School Association) and EDTC (European Diving Technology Committee) leading to International Maritime Contractors Association (IMCA) accreditation to provide world Grade certification to our students. Our students qualify to work not only in Nigerian waters but in other parts of the globe. The center is also working with International Maritime Organisation (IMO) through Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
