FUNAI To Introduce 5 New Faculties, Postgraduate School
Federal University, Ndufu-Alike, Ikwo (FUNAI) is getting set to introduce a Postgraduate School and five new faculties at the Undergraduate level. The Vice Chancellor, Professor Chinedum.U Nwajiuba mad this known while addressing the University Senate. He was preciding over for the first time since assuming office on February 26, 2016, just as the University prepares to graduate her first set of students in September this year.
The Vice Chancellor said the University Senate would be requested to endorse the commencement of five more faculties, namely, Agriculture, Education, Management, Environmental Science and Medicine.
He also stated that “in the days ahead, some of us in the University will have to work on specific milestones and measurable goals and targets, chart pathway to achieving our goals and targets, and implement them”.
FUNAI Getting Set To Introduce 5 New Faculties
The Federal University, Ndufu-Alike, Ikwo (FUNAI) currently has the following faculties;
- Faculty of Basic Medical Science
- Faculty of Engineering and Technology
- Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and
- Faculty of Science and Technology
