2. ND Statement of Result:
   • For Distinction, Upper Credit, or Lower Credit grades: not later than March 2024.
   • For Pass grade: not later than March 2023.
3. Industrial Training (IT) Letter:
   • Minimum of 9 months for Distinction, Upper Credit, or Lower Credit grades.
   • Minimum of 18 months for Pass grade.
4. ND JAMB Admission Letter (for ND admission).
5. JAMB Part-Time Application Form (for evening or part-time HND candidates).
6. Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti Admission Letter.
7. Guarantor’s Letter from two reputable individuals, such as a clergyman or a public officer not below GL 12.
8. Certificate of Local Government Origin.
