- O’Level Results:
- Five credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in not more than two sittings.
- Required subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Candidates must have sat for Use of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the UTME.
- First-Choice Institution:
- Candidates who did not initially choose EKSU as their first-choice institution must update their JAMB CAPS profile to reflect EKSU as their first choice.

- Go to the EKSU Online Application Portal.
- Access the application form on the “ADMISSION” tab.
- Create an Account:
- Provide an active email address and phone number to sign up.
- Check your email for a verification link and confirm your account.
- Use your email or JAMB registration number as your username and the password you created to log in.
- Select “2024/2025 PUTME Application” from your dashboard and provide your JAMB registration number.
- If you selected EKSU as your first choice, your details will populate automatically.
- If not, you must input your details manually.
- Click on “PAY NOW” to make the required payment for the Post-UTME screening form.
- Complete the Form:
- Upload a 1” x 1” colored passport photograph with a red background in JPEG format.
- Provide your O’Level results obtained from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
- Review your application, confirm all details, and submit. Print the completed screening form for your records.
