The management of the Katsina State College of Health Sciences and Technology (COHESKAT) has released the registration guidelines for the 2021/2022 academic session newly admitted candidates.

COHESKAT Registration Guideline.

The Katsina State College of Health Sciences and Technology wishes to inform the successful candidates that the registration exercise for 2021/2022 Session commences from Monday 12th July, 2022 and ends Friday 30th July, 2022. You are advised to complete the registration within the stipulated time as late registration will attract N 2,000.00

  1. Statement of Result 3 copies (Browsed/online)
  2. Testimonial 3 copies
  3. Birth Certificate 3 copies
  4. Indigene Letter 3 copies
  5. Passport size photograph 6 Copies
  6. Evidence of Registration (Online Payment Receipt) 3 copies
  7. Acceptance and Guarantor Form
  8. Student’s Profile 3 copies
  9. One Rim of A4 Paper
