Bayero University Kano, Sudan Varsity In Staff Exchange Deal
Bayero University Kano (BUK) and Danlaj University, Sudan, have reached an agreement to exchange staff. The MoU is ready and collaboration will be on several fields of study.

Bayero University Kano (BUK) and Danlaj University, Sudan, have signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on staff exchange and research to boost teaching and learning in their respective institutions.
Areas of collaboration to be covered under agreement between the two universities include agriculture, Islamic studies, languages, linguistics and literature, Shari’ah law, Islamic banking and finance, science, medicine, engineering, education, Qur’anic science and such other areas that may from time to time, be agreed upon.
Speaking after the signing of the MoU, Vice-Chancellor of BUK Professor Abubakar Adamu Rasheed said other issues addressed by the document included the exchange of academic staff between the two institutions.
“This collaboration came in no better time than now, when both are set to exploit the opportunities available in the document to further boost their academic activities and address other needs for the purpose of attaining excellence,” he said.
Professor Rasheed signed for BUK while Professor Muhammad Elwad Dafa’Allah did for Danlaj University.
