Bowen University Teaching Hospital (formerly Baptist Medical Centre) Ogbomosho, BUTH School of Nursing admission form for the 2016/2017 academic session is out and on sale. Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into BUTH School Of Nursing programme for the 2016 /2017 academic session.
Candidates are advised to apply early as admission is on a first come, first served basis. Bowen University Teaching Hospital is a first-class christian Teaching Hospital marked by excellence and godliness for the training of doctors and other medical professionals. Bowen University Teaching Hospital (BUTH) also has training programmes, for pre-reigistration House Officers and for Doctors undergoing their General Medical Practice Training (Parts I & II)
Eligibility For BUTH School Of Nursing Admission
Candidates who have successfully completed the Senior Secondary Education are qualified to purchase the form with credit in at leat five (5) subjects, which must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, at not more than two sittings, in two accredited SSCE examination board. (i.e. NECO & WAEC).
NOTE: Combination of NECO & WAEC will be entertained.
How to Apply For BUTH School Of Nursing Admission Form
Interested candidates are to purchase the application form by paying N7,500 to the designated bank account only.

After paying, change the teller obtained from the UBA Bank to School Receipt at Account Section of the Institution.
Fill the Form with BLACK Pen and it should be submitted with the photocopy of the School Receipt, at the Principal’s Office on or before the closing date (10th June, 2016).
Note that attention shall be given to forms submitted on time.
