• Sunday, 12th January 2025: Arrival of fresh students at the residence.
• Monday, 13th – Saturday, 18th January 2025: Online screening, registration, and orientation for fresh students.

Week 2

• Sunday, 19th January 2025: Arrival of returning students.
• Monday, 20th January 2025: Lectures begin for all students.
• Monday, 20th – Friday, 24th January 2025: Online registration for returning students and college-based course exposition.

Week 3

• Monday, 27th – Friday, 31st January 2025: Lectures continue.
• Senate meeting to consider 2023/2024 second-semester examination results.

Week 4 – Week 5

• Monday, 3rd February – Friday, 14th February 2025: Lectures continue.
• Registration ends and the portal closes by the end of Week 5.

Week 6 – Week 8

• Monday, 17th February – Friday, 7th March 2025: Lectures continue.
• Week 7: First continuous assessment.

Week 9 – Week 15

• Monday, 10th March – Friday, 25th April 2025: Lectures continue, with revision starting in Week 14.
• Monday, 14th April – Friday, 25th April 2025: Revision period followed by the first-semester examination.

Week 16 – Week 17

• Monday, 28th April – Friday, 9th May 2025: First-semester examinations conclude.

Week 1

• Monday, 2nd – Friday, 6th June 2025: Resumption and registration for all students.

Week 2 – Week 4

• Monday, 9th – Friday, 27th June, 2025: Lectures begin and continue.

Week 5

• Monday, 30th June – Friday, 4th July 2025: Lectures continue.
• Registration ends and the portal closes.

Week 7 – Week 10

• Monday, 14th July – Friday, 8th August 2025: Lectures continue.
• Continuous assessments occur during Week 7 and Week 10.

Week 15 – Week 17

• Monday, 8th – Friday, 26th September 2025: Revision, second-semester examinations, and vacation of residence.
