AuchiPoly SPAT academic calendar for the 2020/2021 academic session has been released. This calendar is the School of Evening Studies‘ academic calendar for the session. All students (fresh and returning) of Auchi Polytechnic SPAT should take note.
Students are expected to adhere to this schedule of academic events for the session. Even though lectures will start tomorrow, students are to take note that late registration will start on 30th August, 2021. It will end come to an end on 24th September, 2021. You are advised to complete your registration on time.

- 30th July, 2021 – Matriculation Ceremony for New Students
- 17th August, 2021 – Orientation for New Students
- 30th August, 2021 – Late Registration Begins
- 6th September, 2021 – Submission of Course Work
- 24th September, 2021 – Late Registration Ends
- 1st October, 2021 – Independence Day
- 19th October, 2021 – Id el Maulud
- 25th October, 2021 – First Trimester Examinations Begin
- 11th November, 2021 – First Trimester Examinations Ends
- 12th November, 2021 – Students Proceed on First Trimester Break
- 22nd November, 2021 – Students Resume for Second 2020/2021 Academic Session
- 23rd November, 2021 – Departmental Board Meetings for the Consideration of 2020/2021 First Trimester Examination Results
