Auchi Poly Change of Course Form for 2018/2019 Session
AUCHIPOLY Change of Course form for 2018/2019 academic session is out. The authorities of Auchi Polytechnic has made the change of course (COC) form available for 2018/2019 admission exercise.
All interested and equally eligible candidates can therefore apply for change of department. The steps in this post will guide you in applying. Also, you will see the list of available courses you can change to.
Following the release of the Auchi Polytechnic Admission List, change of course form into other programmes are now available for candidates who could not get admission.

Auchi Polytechnic Change of Course Requirements
All candidates seeking for admission into the above departments should satisfy the following conditions;
1. Must have scored 150 and above except for photography which is 120 and above in the 2018 UTME.
2. Must meet the minimum entry requirements of 5 credits passes at a sitting or 6 credit passes at two (2) sittings.
How to Apply for Auchi Polytechnic Change of Course for the 2018/2019 Academic Session
To purchase the change of course form, go to Auchi Polytechnic Admission’s Office to collect tally. You can the proceed to make payment!
All payments must be made through Polaris Bank Plc, Auchi.
Application Closing Date
Deadline for submission of AUCHIPOLY change of course form is Friday, 23rd November, 2018.
