Allanwoods Places Over 40 Students In Universities Abroad
Leadership’s International Degree Foundation Programme (IDFP) — The managing director of Allanwoods, a subsidiary of Leadership Group, Mr Emeka Offor, has disclosed that over 40 students have been placed into foreign universities through its International Degree Foundation Programme (IDFP) and other programmes.
The MD, who was speaking during the 2013 IDFP graduation ceremony of the school, stated that the education company which started at about two years have succeeded in providing students with solid foundation to prepare them into continuing their education pursuit abroad.
He stated that the knowledge and skills the students have gained in the programmes was to help them face the challenges ahead adding that the end of the programme marked a beginning of another journey which will grant them another opportunity to gain more knowledge , make friends and accomplish higher goals.
Offor, who advised them to be determined in fulfilling their goal and become agents of change wherever they are, urged them to come back to the country after their graduation to help in the development of the nation.
Also speaking, the general manager of Allanwoods Test and Prep School, Mrs Comfort Davut disclosed that the school apart the IDFP, runs other programmes like the Internationa Medical Foundation Programme (IMFP), SAT, TOEFL/IELTS, GMAT/GRE and the IGCSE to assist students in studying abroad.
She added that the school also help students to prepare for their JAMB, SSCE (WAEC) and NECO adding that they focus especially on students who were not able to make their WAEC in one sitting.
