Ahmadu Bello University Resumption Date October 2022

Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, (ABU) resumption date in October 2022 after ASUU called off their prolonged strike has been announced. All students of the school must return to the school on the dates the school management announced.

In a statement released by the management, the Ahmadu Bello University academic calendar for the completion of the 2021/2022 academic session was also released.

Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria will reopen on Monday, 24th October, 2022 for resumption of academic activities following approval of the revised academic calendar for the 2021/2022 academic session by the Senate of the University at its 516th (Emergency) Meeting held today (Wednesday, 19′ October. 2022).

The calendar, earlier approved by the Senate at its 513th (Regular) Meeting held on 25th November, 2021, had to be revised largely due to ASUU’s eight-months old strike which was called off only last week.

In conclusion, ABU Zaria resumption date is Monday, 24th October, 2022.
