AAUA Post-UTME Form/DE Form 2024/2025: Concise Guide

The Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko AAUA Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening form for the 2024/2025 academic session is now available.

This screening is required for candidates seeking admission into AAUA.

AAUA Post-UTME

Eligibility for AAUA Post-UTME Screening

  1. UTME Candidates:
    • Candidates must have chosen AAUA as their first choice in the 2024/2025 UTME and scored at least 160.
    • Law candidates must score at least 250 in UTME, and those applying for Mass Communication must score at least 200.
    • Candidates who wish to change their first choice to AAUA can still apply by updating their selection on JAMB CAPS before registration closes.
  2. Direct Entry Candidates:
    • Candidates must have chosen AAUA as their first choice institution.
    • Direct Entry applicants must meet AAUA’s specific qualifications, such as:
      • First Degree (Second Class Lower)
      • ND (Upper Credit)
      • HND (Lower Credit)
      • JUPEB (6 points)
      • NCE (8 points)
  3. O’Level Requirements:
    • Applicants must have a minimum of five O’Level credits including English and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.

Special Notices for Prospective AAUA Post-UTME Applicants

  • Candidates should provide valid email addresses and phone numbers for correspondence. Ensure that the “Do Not Disturb” setting is not active on your phone to avoid communication issues.
  • Eligible candidates must be at least 16 years old by the start of the 2024/2025 academic session.

How to Apply for AAUA Post-UTME Screening

  1. Visit the Screening Portal
  2. Create an Account
    • Use your JAMB registration number and email address to create an account.
  3. Confirm Your Email
    • Check your inbox (or spam folder) for a confirmation link to validate your email.
  4. Login and Payment
    • Pay ₦5,000 (₦2,000 for the Post-UTME registration and ₦3,000 for the portal access fee) using E-tranzact.
  5. Complete the Bio-data Form
    • Fill in your personal details carefully.
  6. Print Bio-data Slip
    • Keep a printed copy of the bio-data slip for your records.

General Instructions for All Candidates

  • Upload your O’Level results on the AAUA portal. A maximum of two sittings is allowed. AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results.
  • Candidates awaiting results may apply but must upload their results once released on both the AAUA portal and JAMB CAPS.
  • Ensure your O’Level and UTME subject combinations align with the requirements for your chosen course. If necessary, use JAMB CAPS to change courses where your combinations do not meet the requirements.
  • Ensure all entries on your application are accurate to avoid disqualification.
  • Print out your transaction details for future reference.
