The sale of the University of Benin: UNIBEN Inter-Faculty or Departmental Transfer forms for the 2024/2025 academic session has commenced.
Both full-time and part-time students are eligible to apply.

Steps to Apply for UNIBEN Inter-Faculty or Departmental Transfer
- Payment Process:
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦60,000 via the REMITA platform.
- Print the REMITA payment slip and take it to the Bursary (Investment Department) to obtain an official UNIBEN receipt.
- Download and Complete the Application Form:
- Visit the UNIBEN website to download the UNIBEN Inter-Faculty or Departmental Transfer form.
- Attach Supporting Documents:
- Ensure the following documents are included:
- Original UNIBEN receipt of payment.
- A photocopy of your O’ Level Certificate or Statement of Result.
- A passport photograph with a red background.
- Submission:
- Submit the completed form to one of the following locations:
- Exams and Records Division, Room 25, Ugbowo Campus
- Exams and Records Office, Former Staff Club Building, Ekenhuan Campus

- Inquiries: Make proper inquiries before paying for the transfer form, as payments are non-refundable.
- Filling the Form: Ensure the form is completed accurately before submission.
- Deadline: Submit the form within six weeks of the publication date.
