The College of Health Technology, Gboko – CHTGBOKO admission form is now available for the 2024/2025 academic session.

• Program: National Diploma in Medical Image Processing/X-ray Technician
• Duration: 3 years (6 semesters)

Department of Community Health

• Program: Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
  • Duration: 3 years
• Program: National Diploma (ND) in Community Health (JCHEW)
  • Duration: 2 years

Department of Medical Laboratory Science

• Program: Medical Laboratory Technician
  • Duration: 3 years

Department of Environmental Health

• Program: Higher National Diploma (HND) in Environmental Health Technology
  • Duration: 2 years
• Program: National Diploma (ND) in Environmental Health Technology
  • Duration: 2 years
• Program: National Diploma (ND) in Public Health Technology
  • Duration: 2 years
• Program: National Diploma (ND) in Epidemiology and Disease Control
  • Duration: 2 years

Entry Requirements for the CHTGBOKO Admission

Candidates must meet the following criteria to apply:

• Possess five (5) O’Level credit passes, including:
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Biology/Health Science
  • Chemistry
  • Physics
• Acceptable results include WASSCE, NECO, GCE, and NABTEB (in only two sittings).
• Applicants with awaiting results are eligible to apply.

Accreditation

The following courses are fully accredited by recognized regulatory bodies:

• Community Health Practitioner Board of Nigeria (CHPBN)
• West Africa Health Examination Board (WAHEB)
• Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)

Application Process for CHTGBOKO Admission

• Forms are available at the Bursary Department, College of Health Technology, Gboko.
• Cost: ₦5,000 only.
• Collection Time: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily.
