FCMLST Jos Admission 2024/2025 – Federal College of Medical Lab Science

The Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology – FCMLST Jos admission has been opened for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Available Programmes for FCMLST Jos Admission

1. National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (ND-MLT)

• Duration: Three years (two years of coursework + one-year SIWES posting).
• Entry Requirements:
  • Five O’Level credits in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Language, and Physics.
  • Accepted certificates: WAEC, NECO, or GCE (a maximum of two sittings).
  • Results should not exceed five years old.

1. National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology (ND-EHT)

• Duration: Two years of coursework + one year of SIWES attachment.
• Entry Requirements:
  • Five O’Level credits in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Language, and Physics.
  • Certificates accepted: WAEC, NECO, or GCE (a maximum of two sittings).
  • Results must be at most five years.

1. ND II Direct Entry for Recertification of Registered Medical Laboratory Technicians

• Duration: One year.
• Eligibility:
  • Candidates must be Registered Medical Laboratory Technicians certified by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
  • Submission of an academic transcript from the training institution is mandatory.

Purchase of Forms

• Visit the Accounts Department at JUTH Old Site, Jos, Plateau State, to obtain the application forms.
• Fees for programs:
  • ND Medical Laboratory Technology: ₦10,000
  • ND Environmental Health Technology: ₦10,000
  • ND II Direct Entry (Recertification): ₦50,000

Payment Instructions

• Collect the TSA payment procedure from the Accounts Department before making payment.
• Payments should follow the official procedure provided.
