NASCOHST Post UTME 2024/2025: Eligibility Criteria
Nasarawa State College of Health Science and Technology – NASCOHST Post UTME screening is now officially opened for the 2024/2025 session.
The screening will be conducted from 2nd to 30th September 2024. Candidates seeking admission into various National Diploma (ND) programmes are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria for NASCOHST Post UTME
To qualify for the screening, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- UTME Score: Candidates must have participated in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and secured a minimum score of 120.
- First Choice Institution: Candidates must have selected Nasarawa State College of Health Science and Technology, Keffi as their first choice.
- Programme-Specific Cut-Offs:
- ND Community Health: Minimum score of 150
- ND Environmental Health: Minimum score of 150
- O’Level Results: Candidates must have uploaded their O’Level results to their JAMB profile before the screening process begins. You can find more about how to upload your results on the JAMB Portal.
Available ND Programmes and Required UTME Scores
Below are the ND programmes and their respective UTME cut-off marks:
- ND Community Health – Minimum score of 150
- ND Environmental Health – Minimum score of 150
- ND Nutrition and Dietetics – Minimum score of 120
- ND Health Information Management Technology – Minimum score of 120
- ND Biomedical Engineering Technology – Minimum score of 120
- ND Dispensing Opticianry – Minimum score of 120
O’Level Requirements
All candidates applying for ND programmes must have credit passes in the following O’Level subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
These subjects form the foundation for admission into all ND programmes at NASCOHST.

To apply for the NASCOHST Post UTME, follow these steps:
- Visit the Admission Portal: Go to the NASCOHST official admission portal at NASCOHST Admission Portal.
- Complete the Application: Fill in your personal details and academic records carefully.
- Submit Your Application: Ensure that all information provided is accurate and submit your application before the deadline.
Monitoring Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
Candidates are advised to regularly monitor their admission status on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). Once offered admission, candidates must accept the offer within four weeks, or the admission will be forfeited.
