COVID-19: NABTEB May/June Exam 2020 Postponed Indefinitely
The National Business and Technical Examinations Board has postponed the 2020 May/June Ordinary Level Certificate Examinations.
NABTEB in a statement signed by the Registrar/Chief Executive Officer of the board, Prof. Ifeoma Isiugo-Abanihe, said the postponement was due to the prevailing circumstances of COVID-19.
She said, “The 2020 May/June series of the NABTEB Certificate Examinations, which are for in-school candidates, originally scheduled to begin on Monday, 4th May, 2020, have now been postponed on account of the COVID-19 pandemic ravaging the whole world. A new date will be announced in due course.”
Isiugo-Abanihe, however, said registration for the examinations continues just as she enjoined candidates to continue to prepare for the examination via e-learning resources on radio and television as well as other means while they await further information from the Board.
