Fed Poly Ilaro Convocation Gown Collection
The management of the polytechnic hereby inform graduands wishing to collect Academic gowns that they are to follow some instructions to do so. The instructions has been released and can be found below.
How To Collect Your Fed Poly Ilaro Convocation Gown
To collect your convocation gown;
1. Visit the polytechnic website at federalpolyilaro.edu.ng
2. All graduating students are to pay a certain amount for the gown at designated commercial Banks.
3. Gown collection is from Monday, November 7, to Monday, November 14, 2016 from the Directorate of Student Affairs (DSA) between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. The gowns should be returned to the same Unit from Tuesday, November 15, to Wednesday, November 22, 2016.
4. Returning the gown late wold attract a penalty fee of N500.00 (Five hundred Naira) per day until the gowns are returned. Furthermore, defaulting students will not be allowed to collect their certificates or transcripts or any official records until the gowns are returned and the fines paid.
