Federal Poly Offa Notice On Collection Of Unclaimed Certificates [ND & HND]

The Federal Polytechnic Offa, FPO has issued a notice on collection of unclaimed certificates by graduates of the Polytechnic. Graduate of OffaPoly who have previously graduated from the polytechnic and have their statement of Results and testimonial should come to the school as their certificates are now readily available for collection.

From 30th November, 2017, the management of The Federal Polytechnic Offa will start imposing extra charges on graduates who have not collected their certificates. You are advised to make use of this window to process the collection of your certificate.

To Collect your Fed Poly Offa certificate, graduates who already possess their state of results and their testimonial should bring the following along with them;

The Management of Federal Polytechnic, Offa has noted with concern that some graduates of the Institution have not collected their certificates. The Institution therefore wishes to inform all categories of graduates from the Institution who have not collected their certificates that, from November, 30th 2017, The Polytechnic will no longer entertain transaction for processing of transcript, admissions, nor give reference letters to such graduates.

Consequently, ex-students of the Institution who refuse to collect their certificates by the expiration date would be subjected to extra charge(s).

The Institution is therefore enjoining all graduates of the Federal Polytechnic Offa who are yet to collect their certificates to come forward for the processing and collection of such certificates without further delay.
