UNIZIK Post UTME Screening Application Form for 2024/2025

The Nnamdi Azikiwe University – UNIZIK Post UTME screening form is now available for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Eligibility Criteria for UNIZIK Post UTME/DE

First Choice Selection: Candidates must have selected Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, or its affiliate institutions as their first choice and meet the required cut-off mark.
Change of Institution: Candidates who did not initially choose UNIZIK but meet the cut-off marks for any programme can apply by visiting the JAMB website to change their institution choice to UNIZIK.
Direct Entry Requirements: Direct Entry (DE) candidates must possess OND, HND, First Degree, or A’Level in relevant disciplines.

Registration Process for UNIZIK Post UTME/DE

Registration Period: Starts Thursday, 1st August 2024, and closes on Wednesday, 25th September 2024.
Change of Course/Institution: Ends on Friday, 6th September 2024.
Upload of Results: O’Level and A’Level results must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS by Wednesday, 25th September 2024.

Steps for Application

Visit the UNIZIK Application Portal: Apply here.
Create an Account: Enter your email, phone number, and password.
Validate Your Account: Use the code sent to your email or phone number.
Log In: Access your account using your username and password.
Link Your JAMB Profile: Connect your JAMB registration number.
Payment: Pay a ₦2,000 screening fee online or at any bank.
Complete the Form: Provide your bio-data, O’Level results, and next of kin information.
Submit: Submit the form and await an email acknowledgment of your application.

For Direct Entry Candidates

Ensure your academic transcript is forwarded to the Registrar of UNIZIK, and submit hard copies of your JAMB E-slip, O’Level, and other qualifications to the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Admissions) by Wednesday, 25th September 2024.

Screening Exercise Requirements

Candidates should monitor their phone, email, and UNIZIK’s website for screening details.
Only candidates who register online will be eligible for the screening exercise.

Important Notes

Ensure you upload your O’Level (and A’Level for DE candidates) results on JAMB CAPS to be considered for admission.
Any fraudulent payment outside university channels will not be recognized.
