If you scored exactly or above the prescribed cut-off mark (180) in JAMB UTME, you will qualify for most courses. This is the minimum JAMB score you need to get admission into LAUTEH. This score is sufficient for most courses the school offers.
However, there are courses such as Medicine that requires higher JAMB scores. This is where the concept of LAUTECH departmental cut-off mark comes in. Even though you have the 170 minimum JAMB score, you need more than that for these specific courses
