UNIMED Supplementary Post-UTME Screening Form 2022/2023

University of Medical Sciences, Ondo State, UNIMED supplementary Post-UTME screening form for the 2022/2023 academic session is out. Candidates who missed the first screening can apply using the supplementary post UTME form.

We are using this medium to inform the general public that the 2022/23 supplementary Post UTME/admission screening of University of Medical Sciences, Ondo has started.

About UNIMED Supplementary Screening:

Who can apply for the UNIMED Supplementary Post-UTME form?

The following groups of candidates are eligible to apply:

• The University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED) management has approved Supplementary Application for the 2022/2023 POST-UTME Screening exercise for new applicants.
• Also, applicants who applied but missed the previous Post-UTME Screening Examination can re-print their slips for the new date and time

How To Apply For Apply For The Screening:

The same procedure for the first batch screening applies for the supplementary screening. You should check the main UNIMED Post-UTME form advertisement for application procedure and details.

Before you proceed, you should also check the list of UNIMED courses. Another information you need before applying for the screening exercise is the official UNIMED cut-off mark for admission.

Screening Schedule (Date and Venue)

The Screening Exercise will hold on Wednesday, 28th September 2022. The Venue of Examination and Modalities will be communicated to validly registered candidates accordingly.

1. All candidates are requested to bring along the following items to the screening venue:
   1. JAMB UTME Notification of Results or Registration Slips for Direct-Entry Candidates;
   2. A printed copy of the completed 2022/2023 Admission Screening slip.

3. Any candidate who fails to present himself/herself for the Supplementary Admission Screening Exercise will NOT be considered for admission.
