Four Suspected Cultist Suspended in LASU
The management of Lagos State University (LASU) suspends four suspected cultist in the school for improper acts.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Lanre Fagbohun on behalf of the University Management, has invoked section 28 of the Law establishing Lagos State University, on the Four [4] students were engaged in improper conducts, likely to cause a breach of peace on the Campus and suspected cult-related activities by abducting a co-student from his hostel for initiation, there by causing panic to other Student in the hostel and School environment.
Four students Suspended For Improper Conducts
The Four students would be arraigned before the Students’ Disciplinary Committee who take zero tolerance from misbehaviors to examination malpractices, the case would be presided upon and appropriate judgment would be carried out.
The parents of the victim would be clamoring for the capital punishment to the suspects which is expulsion and beseeches the school authority for extra protection for their ward from now till after the case is looked into.
A concerned Student also suggested a better relationship between the Dean of student affairs and students would go along way, in other for other victims of such acts to speak up freely,which could bring an end to such a misdemeanor tarnishing the image of School. Which would put an end to the fear in the hearts of students and create it in the minds of other perpetrators
The affected students, identified below, have been suspended from the University pending their arraignment before the :
