1. UTME Candidates:

2. Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:
   • Direct Entry candidates must have:
     • Lower Credit or Merit in a recognized Diploma program.

3. Candidates Who Did Not Choose UNIMAID Initially:
   • If UNIMAID was not your initial choice, you are still eligible to apply for the screening, provided you meet the requirements.

How to Apply for UNIMAID Post UTME/Direct Entry

The UNIMAID Post UTME/Direct Entry application begins on Monday, 19th August 2024, and closes on Sunday, 20th September 2024. Follow the steps below to complete your application:

1. Initial Login:
   • Visit the UNIMAID Post UTME portal and log in using your UTME Number as both your username and password (case-sensitive).
2. Provide Contact Details:
   • Enter a functional email address and phone number for communication purposes.
3. Payment Process:
   • You will be redirected to the REMITA platform to pay the non-refundable fee of N2,000, excluding bank charges.
   • Card Payment: After initiating payment, an OTP will be sent to your registered phone number and email to complete the transaction.
   • Bank Payment: Generate a payment slip with the RRR number and make your payment at a commercial bank.
4. Verify Payment:
   • After making the payment, return to the portal and verify your payment on the dashboard.
5. Complete Personal Information:
   • Your name and applied course will appear. Enter additional details, including biodata and next of kin information.
6. Academic Qualifications:
   • Enter your O’Level results, indicating the number of sittings (up to two). Direct Entry candidates should also input their higher education qualifications.
7. Document Upload:
   • Scan and upload the required documents, including your O’Level results, Direct Entry certificates, and any other necessary credentials.
8. Review and Submit:
   • Review all the information you’ve provided to ensure it’s correct. Once everything is accurate, click the ‘Submit’ button.
9. Completion:
   • Upon submission, a confirmation message will appear indicating that your application has been successfully submitted.

After Completing the Application

• No Physical Screening or Aptitude Test: Candidates are not required to undergo any physical screening or take an aptitude test.
• Admission Status: Your admission status will be communicated through the JAMB CAPS portal.
• O’Level Result Upload: Ensure that your O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB CAPS portal for admission processing.
