ESUT Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form 2024/2025

The Enugu State University of Science and Technology ESUT Post UTME/Direct Entry form for the 2024/2025 academic session is now opened.

Candidates who selected ESUT in the 2024 UTME or are interested in changing their institution to ESUT are encouraged to apply.

  • Cut-off Marks: The general ESUT cut-off mark is 160, while competitive courses like Medicine and Surgery, Nursing Sciences, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Pharmacy, and Law require a minimum score of 200.
  • Screening Mode: The screening will be conducted online—there is no need for physical attendance or aptitude tests.
  • Screening Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 must be paid by all applicants.
  • Admission Status: Notifications will be sent via text messages and can also be checked on the ESUT Portal.

Registration Procedure for ESUT Post UTME/Direct Entry

Online registration for ESUT’s Post UTME/Direct Entry screening begins on Monday, 19th August 2024 and ends on Friday, 20th September 2024. Here’s how to apply:

  1. Visit the ESUT Portal
    Access the ESUT Admission Portal and click on the 2024/2025 Admission Screening Registration.
  2. Generate Invoice
    Enter your JAMB Registration Number and proceed to generate an invoice.
  3. Payment Options
    • Bank Payment: Take the generated invoice to any bank and pay ₦2,000 using the Enugu State IGR payment platform.
    • Online Payment: Pay using your debit card through the provided payment gateway.
  4. Complete the Application
    Return to the application portal, enter your JAMB Registration number, and complete the form. Ensure all details are correct before submission.
  5. Print Acknowledgment Slip
    Print the acknowledgment slip as proof of your application.

Important Notes for ESUT Post UTME/Direct Entry Applicants

  • Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results may apply, but results must be uploaded before 30th September 2024.
  • Document Consistency: Ensure that your name is consistent across all documents, including your O’Level results and JAMB details.
  • False Information: Providing false information will lead to immediate disqualification.

Direct Entry Screening

Direct Entry (DE) candidates will also be screened online. All DE applicants must request their previous institutions to forward their transcripts to the ESUT Registrar for consideration.
