Eligibility Criteria for AFUED Post-UTME

For Degree Programmes:

  • Candidates must have scored at least 150 marks in the 2024 UTME.
  • AFUED must be selected as the first choice in JAMB.

For Direct Entry (DE) Programmes:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 7 points and have chosen AFUED as their first choice institution.

Application Procedure

Follow these steps to apply for the AFUED Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening:

  1. Visit the AFUED Portal
  2. Pay the Screening Fee
    • Pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 via Remita or at any commercial bank. You can also use a debit/credit card for online payment.
  3. Complete the Online Application
    • After payment, complete the online form on the university’s portal by providing the necessary information.
  4. Upload Required Documents
    • Upload a clear passport photograph (without glasses or veils, not exceeding 50kb in JPEG format).
    • Upload SSCE (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) and NCE results, if applicable.
  5. Final Submission
    • Ensure all fields are correctly filled and double-check the accuracy of your entries before submission.
  6. Print Post-UTME Screening Slip
    • After submitting your application, print the screening slip as proof of registration.
  7. Upload O’Level Results to JAMB CAPS
    • If your O’Level results are not yet available, wait until they are released before applying. After that, ensure your results are uploaded to the JAMB CAPS.

Important Notes for Applicants

  • Ensure that Adeyemi Federal University of Education is selected as your first choice in JAMB.
  • If AFUED was not initially your first choice, you must change it through the JAMB Portal.
  • Direct Entry candidates must submit their NCE results and transcripts to the Division of Admissions and Academic Board at the university.
